Refund policy


We will gladly accept returns on Regular Priced merchandise for store credit only.  If accepted, the returned item(s) must be received back to us within 14 days of customer receiving their order based on postal tracking information or Store Receipt with date of purchase.

Customer is responsible for any shipping charges.  7 Badgers Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  Original shipping charges will also not be refunded.  

All Sale , Clearance items or Markdowns are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.  Undergarments, bralettes, earrings, hair accessories, beanies, hats, bodysuits are not eligible for return.  They are FINAL SALE.

Cancellations of orders

Please be advised, once your online order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including but not limited to; cancellations, applying discounts.


To return eligible items, product must be unworn, unwashed, free of perfumes, pet hair, cigarette smoke or stains.  The tags must still be attached and in their original area. and The original packing slip must accompany all returns.

If we receive the item(s) and it does not match this criteria the items will not be eligible for a product credit, and will be shipped back at the customers expense and a store credit will not be issued. 

If you are requesting a return, please do the following:

  • Please refer to the return policy to make sure your return meets criteria.
  • Email: hello@7badgers.com and explain why you would like to return. We will notify you if your return has been approved.  Please be advised, we must receive your return back within (14) days of the date in which it was delivered to you.  If received after (14) day, we will not process your return and item(s) will be sent back to you at your expense.

  • Once return has been sent, please email the tracking number.

Once return has been received, you will receive your store credit for the equivalent of the item(s) plus tax.


**If a customer abuses the return policy, or returns most of their purchases, we reserve the right to cancel an order at any time.

 Defective or Damaged Items:

We thoroughly inspect all items for damages or defects prior to shipping.  If you receive a defective or damaged item, we are truly sorry.
